- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl. Use a whisk to mix them so the spices, ground flaxseed, and flour are all well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ACV, and eggs.
- Whisk to blend the eggs and liquid ingredients, then add the grated apple to the bowl, combining with the liquids.
Add The Dry Ingredients
- Add the blended dry ingredients to the large mixing bowl of dry ingredients.
Fold Dry Ingredients For Muffin Batter
- Using a spatula, fold in the dry ingredients, scraping the sides of the bowl as you go. Blend until just incorporated. It will be slightly lumpy, like thick pancake batter.
