Can I make this recipe WITH beans also?

You can. The easiest way is to use canned beans. Add two drained cans of Kidney beans after the chili has been cooked. Set to the slow cook or warm setting and let the beans heat up. Don't pressure cook canned beans though, as they will be too soft.
