  • Fruit Spread - Use quince spread, honey, spicy mustard,tamarind spread, or apple butter.
  • Balsamic glaze - Use a good quality balsamic glaze to drizzle over the prosciutto wrapped apple slices.

How to Make prosciutto wrapped apples

Slice The Apples

  1. Slice the apples into 8 slices per apple. Slice the cheese into 16 slices.

  2. Place a slice of prosciutto on your work surface and lay a slice of apple on top, about ¼ down the length of the prosciutto strip.
  3. Smear a dab of the quince spread (or any other choice of spread you decide to use).
