No Celery Chicken Salad Ingredients
Cook up some chicken and dice it up, or use Swanson canned chicken that has been drained. Granny Smith is my favorite, but Honey Crisp apples are great also!

- Apple - Cored and chopped.

- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Mustard - Any kind.
- Black Pepper - Ground
- Mayonnaise - Don't use salad dressing.

- Dill pickle - Diced or sliced, or relish.

Using a store bought rotisserie chicken is usually how I make this salad. Sometimes I have leftover grilled chicken or other leftover chicken to make this homemade chicken salad with.

Chop The Chicken and Vegetable Mix In's For The Salad
- Chop or dice the chicken if you cooked it or removed it from a rotisserie chicken. About 1" or ¾" pieces.
- Chop the apple, peel on. Dice the red onion up small. Chop the walnuts so they are no larger than ¼" pieces.
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl.

- Mix all the salad ingredients, adding the apple cider vinegar and the mayonnaise.
- Stir well so the chicken breaks up a bit. Blend well so that everything holds together well.
