Step 1. Prepare the Brie Wheel
Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a rimmed baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper or a Silpat liner. Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet and set it in the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
When you remove the brie from the oven, use a sharp knife slice the top crust off the brie wheel, exposing the creamy layer underneath.

Frequently Asked Questions
Keep the rind on, as it will help the cheese hold its shape so it doesn't all melt out. The rind is also edible, so you can enjoy it with the melted cheese, or simply remove the top layer after baking and dunk in crusty bread like a fondue.
Brie loves being paired with sweet fruit, particularly stone fruits like peaches, figs, apricots and plums. The sweetness and juiciness of stone fruit is a lovely combination with the Brie's creamy texture, making for an easy yet indulgent treat.
The wax paper wrapped Brie should then be placed in a resealable plastic bag or container leaving an opening for air to get in. Also, before serving Brie, you should leave it out for at least 30 minutes so that the ammonia can dissipate and the cheese can reach room temperature.
