Bundt-Wich Sub Ingredients
You can follow our recipe for the bread dough below, or you can buy some frozen Bridgeford bread dough and use 1 ½ of the frozen loaves for this recipe.
Let frozen dough defrost in the refrigerator overnight, then roll them together into a long rope as explained in the recipe below.
For the Bundt Pan Bread
- Water
- Sugar
- Yeast
- Salt
- Flour
- Egg
For the Party Sub Filling
- Deli Ham Slices
- Deli Turkey Slices
- Deli Provolone Cheese Slices
- Lettuce
- Tomato - Sliced thin.
- Onion - Sliced thin.
- Pickles - sliced thin.
- Banana Pepper Slices - chopped or sliced.
- Olives - sliced.
- Salt - to taste.
- Pepper - to taste.

How to Make A Bundt-wich Party Sub

Make The Bread
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the sugar and yeast in ¼ cup of warm water (100 to 110 F). Allow the yeast and water sit to bloom for 5 minutes. The yeast mixture should have a some bubbles on the surface.
- Add the remaining water and mix in with the bloomed yeast.
- Mix the salt into the flour, then combine with the wet ingredients, scraping the bowl sides while mixing.
- Turn dough out on a floured surface and knead about 5 minutes.
- Cover dough and let sit to rise for 45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- Punch dough down, then shape into a rectangle and roll up into a rope. Place in the prepared bundt pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
Slice the Bundt-wich Party Sub
- Preheat the oven to 350 F while the ring of bread dough is rising. Lightly brush the risen bread dough with the beaten egg.
- Bake bread in the bundt pan for 35 to 45 minutes, depending on how big your bundt pan is. Bread is done when it sounds hollow when thumped.
- Tranfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely. Then slice in half like a bagel.
- Lay folded ham slices on the bread after spreading mayonnaise, mustard, etc on each side.
- Lay slices of turkey on top of the slices of ham. Next, add slices of cheese on top of the turkey slices.
Layer the Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Onion
- Add lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices on top of the slices of ham, turkey, and cheese.
Garnish With Peppers and Olives
- Garnish with optional condiments such as pickle slices, sweet or hot banana peppers, and sliced olives or other sandwich garnishes. Place the top on, platter, and serve!
