    Ingredients

    You can cut the time even further with pre cooked bacon. I used an air fryer at 350 for 12 minutes for thin sliced bacon, and they were perfect. See our Air Fried Bacon instructions is you need step by step air fried bacon photos.

    • Bacon - pre cooked, or uncooked, the thin slice is best for this keto BLT recipe.
    • Carb Balance tortilla wrap - small or burrito sized.
    • Mayonnaise
    • Lettuce - shredded
    • Tomatoes - diced.
    • Salt & Pepper - to taste.

    How to Make Our Keto BLT's

    Cook The Bacon

    1. Lay the bacon out in the air fryer, and cook at 350 F for 12 minutes. Or, you can fry the bacon in a skillet, or for large quantities, the oven.

    Prep the Flour Tortilla

    1. While the bacon is cooking, set up the Carb Balance, or other flour tortillas. Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla wrap first, then add the shredded lettuce.
    2. Dice the tomatoes, but wait until after you add the cooked bacon.

    Roll Up The Wrap

    1. Place the bacon on top, sprinkle on some of the diced tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and wrap tightly, tucking the ends in as you roll up. Cut in two, serve and enjoy!

    You can make several variations using this recipe for Keto BLT's.

    • Keto Lettuce Wraps - Omit the tomatoes and tortilla wraps. Make Keto Blt's with just the mayo, bacon, and lettuce.
    • Bacon Avocado Wrap - The addition of avocado, sliced or diced, completely elevates this BLT wrap!
    • Chipotle Chicken Bacon Wrap - Exchange the bacon for sliced chicken from a rotisserie chicken and add some chipotle mayonnaise!

    Ingredients

    • 12 slices Bacon cooked or raw
    • 4 Carb Balance wraps
    • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • 1 cup lettuce shredded
    • 1 cup tomatoes diced
    • salt to taste
    • pepper to taste

    • Lay the bacon out in the air fryer, and cook at 350 F for 12 minutes. Or, you can fry the bacon in a skillet, or oven if cooking larger quantities.
