Ingredients
You can cut the time even further with pre cooked bacon. I used an air fryer at 350 for 12 minutes for thin sliced bacon, and they were perfect. See our Air Fried Bacon instructions is you need step by step air fried bacon photos.
- Bacon - pre cooked, or uncooked, the thin slice is best for this keto BLT recipe.
- Carb Balance tortilla wrap - small or burrito sized.
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce - shredded
- Tomatoes - diced.
- Salt & Pepper - to taste.

Cook The Bacon
- Lay the bacon out in the air fryer, and cook at 350 F for 12 minutes. Or, you can fry the bacon in a skillet, or for large quantities, the oven.
Prep the Flour Tortilla
- While the bacon is cooking, set up the Carb Balance, or other flour tortillas. Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla wrap first, then add the shredded lettuce.
- Dice the tomatoes, but wait until after you add the cooked bacon.
Roll Up The Wrap
- Place the bacon on top, sprinkle on some of the diced tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and wrap tightly, tucking the ends in as you roll up.
- Cut in two, serve and enjoy!
