- Dice the onion and celery. Mince the garlic, and chop the fresh herbs.

- Add the butter to a skillet and melt. Add the diced onion, celery, minced garlic, sage, rosemary, thyme, celery seed, salt, pepper and saute until the onions are soft, translucent, are garlic is aromatic, or about 5-7 minutes. Transfer the vegetable mixture to a large mixing bowl.
