- Feta cheese - crumbled.
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Dill weed - Dried, or fresh.
- Puff pastry sheets - Frozen, defrosted, and carefully unfolded.

- Add the spinach in batches, cooking until it's wilted, then remove from heat.

- Stir the ricotta, crumbled feta, eggs, and seasonings in a bowl until mixed well.
