Step 2. Empty the can of cream of chicken soup and either the chicken broth of the water to the slow cooker. Cover, and set the slow cooker to LOW for 4 - 6 hours, OR on HIGH for 2 - 3 hours.

  • Start by placing the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
