One of the benefits of this mango pineapple smoothie is that the fruit is easily available year round! Mango chunks are inexpensive in the freezer case. You can use fresh, frozen, or even canned pineapple also! And, we all know bananas are ALWAYS available. Use the milk that fits your eating plan.
- Banana - chunked.
- Mango - fresh or frozen.
- Pineapple - fresh, frozen, or even canned!
- Lime juice - or, you can also use lemon juice.
- Milk - regular dairy milk, or almond, oat, or hemp milk of choice.

You won't need any sweetener or sugar with this delightful mango pineapple smoothie, as it is naturally sweet. Close your eyes and go on a sensory trip to the tropics with this thick, tropical fruit smoothie.
Add the Banana to the Blender
- Peel the banana and break or chop into 3 to 4 pieces. Add to the blender.
Use Frozen or Fresh Pineapple
- Add the frozen or fresh pineapple to the blender, right on top of the banana pieces.
- If using fresh mango, cut, peel, and chunk it up. Or, add frozen mango chunks, which will give your fabulous 'iced' and thick smoothie.
Squeeze in the Lime Juice
- Squeeze half a lime into the blender for a nice citrus burst.
Pour in Milk of Choice
