    Substitutions

There are many types of tropical fruit, star fruit, lychee, papaya, and many more! Use whatever you love, or create color combinations you like together.

    Storage

This salad refrigerates well for several days. It does not freeze well though.

    Tips for Success

    • If time is important, take advantage of the pre cut fruits in the produce department. You will find mango chunks in the freezer case, and they defrost as perfectly as fresh cut mango!

    Frequently asked questions

What can I use instead of Orange Juice for the dressing?

I would substitute Pineapple juice or Apple Juice. Choose a light colored juice though. Grape or Cranberry juice would discolor the lighter colored fruits.
