    Perfectly sweetened with white chocolate and topped with some fluffy whipped cream and seasonal sprinkles – this pink cocoa is sure to be a treat that your and family will love. This pink hot chocolate would also be a splendid surprise for Mom on Mother's Day!

    For Hot Pink Chocolate

    • Milk - Dairy based or plant based.
    • White Chocolate Chips - any brand.
    • Reddi Wip - Whip Cream in the can, there's even a non dairy version!
    • Pink & White sprinkles - Jimmies, heart shapes, any cake decorating spinkles that are pink, red, and white.

    For Pink Hot Cocoa Powder

    • White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix - This white chocolate instant pudding mix will not set up in warm milk, and gives a great white chocolate taste in a dry mix!
    • Instant Powdered Milk
    • Nesquick Strawberry Quick
    • Marshmallows - mini marshmallows, pink & white twist marshmallows, or Hello Kitty marshmallows.

    This Pink Hot Cocoa powder is stunning mixed up for gift giving. Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then spoon into Mason jars until ¾ full. Top the last ¼ space with marshmallows, screw the lid on over a circle of decorative fabric. Tie a bow and gift tag on it, and you have fabulous Pink Cocoa gifts to give!

    How to Make Pink Hot Chocolate

    This delicious twist on hot chocolate will tantalize your taste buds with every sip! Not only is it simple, but it's also beautifully pink and creamy with a delicious strawberry flavor.

    Thanks to this easy pink hot chocolate recipe, it’s now possible to transform your favorite classic into something truly magical. So grab your mugs and get ready for cozy vibes - it's time to make pink hot chocolate!

    Step 1. Heat the Milk

    Use a saucepan large enough for the amount of milk you will be heating as well as adding the white chocolate chips. A 2.5 to 3.5 quart saucepan will usually work the best. Measure the milk and heat on medium low.

    Step 2. Melt the White Chocolate Chips

    Add the white chocolate chips to the milk after it is warm. Stir with a whisk to keep from clumping at the bottom of the saucepan. Watch the heat so you don't scorch. Do not allow to boil!

    Step 3. Mix in the Nesquick Strawberry Quick

    After the white chocolate chips have melted, reduce the heat on the stove to low. Whisk in the Nesquick Strawberry Quick until fully dissolved. Ladle into clear glass mugs for the prettiest effect.

    Step 4. Top with Whip Cream

    Top each mug with fresh whipped cream or Reddi Wip whipped cream. Sprinkle your pink and red sprinkles on the top of the whip cream and serve immediately. You can also use marshmallows instead of whip cream.

    Substitutions

    If you don't have any white chocolate chips on hand, you can substitute a small package of White Chocolate Instant Pudding for a similar white chocolate flavor! Additionally, if you don't have Nesquick Strawberry Quick powder, you can use any pink ice cream syrup, or even red food color.

    Variations

    You can use this Pink Hot Chocolate recipe to make a few variations for your family!

    • Peppermint Pink Hot Chocolate - Instead of using Nesquick Strawberry drink mix, use a few drops of red food coloring and a ¼ teaspoon of peppermint extract. Top with whip cream and tuck a long candy cane into each mug!
    • Hello Kitty Pink Hot Chocolate - Make our Pink Hot Chocolate recipe, and then top the hot beverage with Hello Kitty Marshmallow!
    • Ruby Hot Chocolate - Ruby cocoa is naturally pink and has a berry flavor. Ruby chocolate is made from naturally occurring, but rare, cocoa beans.

    Is ruby chocolate rare?

    Ruby chocolate is made from a rare cocoa bean found only in Ecuador, Ivory Coast, and Brazil. There are no colorants or flavorings used. It is naturally pink and has a berry flavor.

    Ingredients

    For Pink Hot Chocolate

    • 1 quart Milk any kind, dairy or plant based
    • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
    • ½ cup Nesquick Strawberry or to taste
    • 2 cup Whipped Cream homemade or Reddi Wip
    • 2 tablespoon Pink & Red sprinkles

    For Pink Hot Cocoa Powder mix

    • 1 box White Chocolate Instant Pudding mix 3.5 oz box
    • ¾ cup Instant Powdered Milk
    • 1 cup Nesquick Strawberry
    • 2 cups Marshmallows Mini, pink & white twists, or Hello Kitty Marshmallows
    • Mason Jars Any size you choose

    Instructions

    For Pink Hot Chocolate
