How to Air Fry Pork Chops - No Breading
This simple pork chop recipe only requires seasoning before air frying. You'll have pork chops tender and cooked through evenly in no time at all – plus, there's no breading so you can enjoy that typical fried crispness without flour coating or buttery pan sauces.
Season The Pork Chops
- Brush each side of the the pork chops with some olive oil on each side, sprinkling liberally with Lemon Pepper Seasoning blend and garlic powder to season.
Place Pork Chops In Air Fryer
- Spread the pork chops out in your air fryer. Make sure to not overlap them. Since the pork chops have been brushed with olive oil, there is no need to spay the basket bottom with oil from an Oil Sprayer.
PRO TIP: Don't use non stick cooking spray in your air fryer basket, the propellants can damage your heating elements in such close quarters.

- Use a ThermoPro or any instant read meat thermometer to check to make sure the thickest part of each pork chop reaches 145 degrees F.
Rest And Serve
Keep in mind that these cooking times are just general guidelines. The actual cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the pork chops and the air fryer you are using.

Yes, you can cook these pork chops on an outdoor grill. Preheat your grill to medium heat and cook the pork chops for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Boneless pork chops will generally take less time to air fry than bone-in pork chops. This is because bone-in pork chops have more mass, which means they take longer to heat through.
The best way to determine how long to air fry pork chops is to use a meat thermometer. Pork chops are done when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
