- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 F. Line the air fryer basket or spray with non stick cooking spray.
- Remove the skin from the salmon fillets, and pat dry. Cut into 1" cubes or pieces.
Season and Marinate
- Combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a medium sized bowl. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss. Cover and marinate the salmon for 10 minutes.
Layer Salmon In The Air Fryer
- Place the salmon on the air fryer basket. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through.
Garnish and Serve
- Remove basket and let sit for 5 minutes before using a pancake turner to transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley.
