Air Fryer Salmon Bites Ingredients

PRO TIP: A easy tip to remove the skin from the salmon fillets: Place the fillets on a cookie cooling rack and set over a bowl.

Boil some water, then pour it over the skin side of the salmon, letting the excess water drip into the bowl.

Remove fillets to a cutting board. The fish skin will curl upward, and you can simply peel it right off.

  • Salmon Fillets - choose 4 to 6 oz fillets per person.
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice - fresh squeezed.
  • Garlic - fresh, minced.
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley - optional, for garnish.

How to Air Fry Salmon Bites

This recipe is so easy you won't believe you haven't been doing this all along. So let's get started and explore how easy it is make these mouthwatering air fryer salmon bites!

Prepare the Salmon

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 F. Line the air fryer basket or spray with non stick cooking spray.

  2. Remove the skin from the salmon fillets, and pat dry. Cut into 1" cubes or pieces.

Season and Marinate

  1. Combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a medium sized bowl. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss. Cover and marinate the salmon for 10 minutes.

Layer Salmon In The Air Fryer

  1. Place the salmon on the air fryer basket. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through.

Garnish and Serve

  1. Remove basket and let sit for 5 minutes before using a pancake turner to transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley.

    Serve immediately with Tartar Sauce, and enjoy!

  • 4 6 oz salmon filet
  • 1½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon parsley fresh minced
