Storage and Reheating
- Store any leftover Wagyu meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- To freeze baked or unbaked meatballs, place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours. Once the meatballs are frozen solid, transfer them to a freezer-safe bag or container.
- To reheat the meatballs, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or in the microwave on low power for a few minutes. Once the meatballs are thawed, cook them in a skillet over medium heat until heated through.
Tips for Success

- Use a light hand when mixing the ingredients. You don't want to overmix the meat, which will make the meatballs tough.
- Don't overcook the meatballs. Overcooked meatballs will be dry and tough.
- Serve the meatballs immediately with your favorite pasta or bread.
